Please Contact us and give the ID Number of the photo in your file.

If you are unable to scan your photos or have no email address or printer and you would like us to place your photos and text into our website. You can send it by slow mail to.

Please make sure to provide the following information:
  1. Your Name & Address,
  2. The number of photos or postcards sent in total.
  3. Brief description of each photo and what text to go with it.
These steps can also help protect your precious items:
  1. Place photos or postcards in plastic pockets to prevent moisture.
  2. Use thin cardboard both sides so it does not bend in transit.
  3. Use Express Post so they are tracked and signed off.
If you are worried about your originals then get them copied at a photo lab and send them instead:
  1. Turn around time should take less than a month depending on volume.
  2. Your photos will be mailed back to you free of charge using Express Post within Australia.
  3. You will be notified that your photos have been placed on the website.
